Gracias por nuestro breve recorrido, aunque el clima no estuvo de nuestro lado, Rich fue muy informativo y divertido, lo que alegró el recorrido. Debido al clima, se canceló un evento, pero se complementó con otro lugar, lo que fue una buena experiencia. A pesar de que el clima era malo, Oscar hizo un buen trabajo para mantenernos a salvo. Bien hecho, muchachos, buen trabajo.

Eric guide was a nice man but unfortunately he spoke much too fast making it very difficult to understand anything he was saying and waffled on throughout the tour about irrelevant things, example how long you have to wait if travelling by car to the volcano. The driver was excellent and took great on the luner route.

Es hieß, der Ausflug dauert 5 Stunden, er dauerte nur ca.4 Stunden, es ging zu viel Zeit verloren mit dem Abholen und Zurückbringen der Gäste, kleinere Gruppen wären daher besser

Die Organisation und der Reiseleiter waren sehr gut. Der Ausflug an sich eher mäßig. Die Stationen bzw. die Vorführungen vor Ort wurden in einem zu schnellen Tempo abgehandelt. Leider war die Reisegruppe so groß, dass man den Vorführungen nicht wirklich folgen konnte.

Siamo stati quasi due ore sul bus, dalle 8 alle 10 ( per prendere tutte le persone ) e poi ad aspettare che facessero giro in cammello. Su questo aspetto si può migliorare. Il resto perfetto

Honestamente, no esperábamos perder tanto tiempo con el paseo en camello, que no queríamos hacer. Entendemos que pueda interesar a otras personas y que esté previsto en la excursión, pero para nosotros fue claramente una pérdida de tiempo. Por el contrario, nos habría gustado tener más tiempo en el restaurante El Diablo, donde queríamos comer. Dado que era nuestro último día, hubiéramos preferido aprovechar mejor nuestro tiempo. Aparte del recorrido por el Parque Nacional, que nos gustó mucho, esta excursión fue una verdadera pérdida de tiempo para nosotros. Además, como éramos franceses, notamos que no se hizo ningún esfuerzo por adaptarse a nuestro idioma. No entendimos las explicaciones en absoluto, aunque ya habíamos visto que nuestro idioma no estaba disponible en la actividad de Get Your Guide. Por todas estas razones, le damos una puntuación de 3/5, gracias a la belleza del parque.

Para lo q se paga en éste tour,y siendo usuarios frecuentes de civitatis ,fue un simple traslado con paradas .el guia muy amable y majo ,pero en cuanto al tour sin más.

nada en vuestro lado, la excursion y el guia fue perfecto. solo hubo un gran atasco y nosotros ibamos con dos niños pequeños, se que es dificil de gestionar en vuestro lado, pero el rato del atascon fue duro

Fantastic tour and very organised. However I presume as it has to run to a tight schedule it is a little bit more tricky to allow more time at view point (where experimental bits were) to ensure everyone gets to purchase drinks/souvenirs and camel rides just to take in the experience as it was very rushed. Tour guide was fantastic as was driver. Very pleased and would recommend

Disfrutamos muchísimo de las pocas horas que pasamos con su gente. Erich fue excepcional, con diálogos ingeniosos y sin apresurarse, lo que facilitó la comprensión. El conductor también fue excelente. La experiencia en el volcán fue divertida y el tour al Parque Nacional, increíble y lo recomiendo encarecidamente. Gracias y saludos

We were expecting to have another exciting trip up to the fire mountain. We understand however your decision to cancel the trip in view of the current situation with the Covid virus on the island of Lanzarotte. I’m sure you will get through this crisis and by acting sooner rather than later I wish you all well in your plight. I am sure that when you are re organised refunds will be made and we can re visit next year when we will be visiting once more. Good luck for the future Dave Price

A fab day with so much to see. Tour guide was very funny and knowledgeable and kept the information coming, bus driver was also good, a lunch time at Yaiza. Very much recommended.

Really enjoyed. Picked us up from our hotel, saw sights on the way which the guide explained about, (Nicole), then went to the visitor centre, saw camels, went on to the Timanfaya where we saw the volcano heat demonstrations. Then an awesome tour around the volcano site, in our coach, spectacular scenery which is all explained as you go. Then we went on to the wine tasting which was lovely, no queues, sweet or dry white wine and bottles were only €8! About 5 hours all in all. Would definitely recommend and go again. 😁🌋☀️🤩
