García Sanabria Park, the lungs of Santa Cruz de Tenerife

How can the biggest urban park of the Canary Islands not be one of the essential visits in your holidays in Tenerife? That's right, the García Sanabria Park, the lungs of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and built in 1926, is one of the main tourist attractions of the capital of Tenerife. The Flower Clock

The name of the park is due to the precursor of the idea, which was successfully carried out in 1926 by the former mayor of the city, García Sanabria. Both works were by the same author, Francisco Borges Salas.

Since its construction, it has been converted into a botanical garden due to the characteristics and origin of the vegetation that flourishes there.
